Acceptance of Terms

By using KeyTrans, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related website.

Service Scope

KeyTrans is an AI keyboard translation product designed for cross-language chat. It is provided as a software tool and not as a guaranteed communication, legal, safety, medical, or compliance service.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee that any translation, rewrite, generated output, or language result is correct, complete, safe, culturally appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing all translated or generated content before sending, relying on, publishing, or acting on it.

Third-Party Providers

KeyTrans may allow you to connect to third-party AI models, API providers, gateways, proxies, or other external services. Those services are not controlled by us.

We do not guarantee the availability, security, legality, compliance, performance, privacy, or behavior of any third-party provider that you choose to use.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

choosing which model or provider to use, verifying whether that provider is trustworthy, paying any usage fees charged by that provider, and evaluating whether the translated output is appropriate for your intended use.

Use at Your Own Risk

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of KeyTrans and any connected third-party service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or consequence arising from:

translation errors, inaccurate output, delayed output, failed delivery, third-party model behavior, provider outages, security incidents, billing disputes, or any action taken in reliance on generated or translated content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KeyTrans after changes means you accept the updated terms.
