Acceptance of Terms接受条款

By using KeyTrans, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related website. 使用 KeyTrans 即表示你同意本条款。如果你不同意，请勿使用本 App 或相关网站。

Service Scope服务范围

KeyTrans provides AI keyboard and system translation, experimental photo translation, a Matrix-connected OpenClaw AI agent, and an SSH terminal. It is provided as a software tool and not as a guaranteed communication, legal, safety, medical, or compliance service. KeyTrans 提供 AI 键盘与系统翻译、实验性的图片翻译、通过 Matrix 连接的 OpenClaw AI 助手，以及 SSH 终端。它作为软件工具提供，不构成对沟通、法律、安全、医疗或合规服务的保证。

No Guarantee of Accuracy不保证准确性

We do not guarantee that any translation, rewrite, generated output, or language result is correct, complete, safe, culturally appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose. 我们不保证任何翻译、改写、生成内容或语言结果准确、完整、安全、符合特定文化语境，或适用于任何特定用途。

You are responsible for reviewing all translated or generated content before sending, relying on, publishing, or acting on it. 在发送、依赖、发布或据此采取行动之前，你有责任检查所有翻译或生成内容。

Third-Party Providers第三方服务商

KeyTrans may allow you to connect to third-party AI models, API providers, gateways, proxies, or other external services. Those services are not controlled by us. KeyTrans 可能允许你连接第三方 AI 模型、API 服务商、网关、代理或其他外部服务。这些服务不受我们控制。

We do not guarantee the availability, security, legality, compliance, performance, privacy, or behavior of any third-party provider that you choose to use. 对于你选择使用的任何第三方服务商的可用性、安全性、合法性、合规性、性能、隐私保护或行为，我们不作保证。

User Responsibility用户责任

Use at Your Own Risk使用风险

Limitation of Liability责任限制
