KeyTrans is built to help users communicate across languages. We do not operate this app as a data collection product. KeyTrans 旨在帮助用户跨语言沟通。我们不会将此 App 作为数据收集产品运营。

What We Store我们存储的信息

KeyTrans does not intentionally store your chat content, translation requests, personal messages, or photos on our own servers. If you use a subscription, our backend stores Apple identity and transaction records, entitlement status, and session/device identifiers needed to verify purchases and maintain access. Apple processes payments under its own terms. KeyTrans 不会有意在我们自己的服务器上存储你的聊天内容、翻译请求、私人消息或照片。如果你使用订阅，我们的后端会保存用于验证购买和维持服务访问权限的 Apple 身份标识、交易记录、权益状态及会话/设备标识。Apple 按其自身条款处理付款。

Local Configuration本地配置

The app may keep configuration on your device, such as settings, language preferences, model endpoints, and SSH profiles. SSH passwords, private keys, and Cloudflare Access credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. 为确保 App 正常运行，应用可能会在设备上保存设置、语言偏好、模型服务地址和 SSH 配置。SSH 密码、私钥及 Cloudflare Access 凭据保存在 iOS 钥匙串中。

Third-Party Model Providers第三方模型服务商

KeyTrans allows users to configure third-party large model providers or compatible API endpoints. If you choose to use such providers, your requests may be sent directly to the provider you configure. KeyTrans 允许用户配置第三方大模型服务商或兼容的 API 地址。如果你选择使用这些服务，你的请求可能会直接发送给你配置的服务商。

We do not control how those third-party model providers process, store, inspect, retain, or use your data. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a provider is safe, trustworthy, and appropriate for your use case. 我们无法控制第三方模型服务商如何处理、存储、查看、保留或使用你的数据。你应自行判断服务商是否安全、可信，以及是否适合你的使用场景。

We make no representation or warranty regarding the privacy, security, or compliance of any third-party AI model, API gateway, inference platform, proxy, or service endpoint that you choose to connect to the app. 对于你选择连接到本 App 的任何第三方 AI 模型、API 网关、推理平台、代理或服务地址的隐私、安全或合规情况，我们不作任何陈述或保证。

Matrix AI Agent and NotificationsMatrix AI 助手与通知

If you enable the OpenClaw AI Agent, your Matrix login, messages, and attachments are handled by the Matrix homeserver and bot account you configure. The app uses Matrix encrypted direct messages. If you enable push notifications, your APNs device token is registered as a Matrix pusher through KeyTrans's notification gateway; the gateway does not decrypt message content. 如果你启用 OpenClaw AI 助手，你的 Matrix 登录信息、消息和附件会由你配置的 Matrix Homeserver 与 Bot 账号处理。App 使用 Matrix 加密私聊。启用推送通知后，你的 APNs 设备令牌会通过 KeyTrans 通知网关注册为 Matrix Pusher；该网关不会解密消息内容。

Photo Translation and Voice Input图片翻译与语音输入

Photo text recognition runs on your device. In online translation mode, recognized text is sent to the model provider configured in the app. If you enable Apple Private Cloud Compute image context on a compatible device, the image is also sent to Apple for that translation. Offline photo translation uses a model installed on your device. 照片文字识别在设备本地进行。在线翻译时，识别出的文字会发送给你在 App 中配置的模型服务商。在兼容设备上启用 Apple Private Cloud Compute 图片上下文后，照片也会发送给 Apple 参与翻译。离线图片翻译使用安装在设备上的模型。

Optional voice input uses a speech model downloaded to your device for on-device transcription. In agent chat, the transcript is placed in the draft for review before you send it. In an SSH session, the transcript is sent as terminal input. 可选语音输入使用下载到设备上的语音模型进行本地转写。在 AI 助手聊天中，转写内容会先放入草稿，供你检查后再发送；在 SSH 会话中，转写内容会作为终端输入发送。

SSH ConnectionsSSH 连接

When you connect to a server, the app sends connection and authentication data to the SSH host or Cloudflare Access service that you configure. Terminal data travels through that connection, not through KeyTrans's translation or subscription services. 连接服务器时，App 会向你配置的 SSH 主机或 Cloudflare Access 服务发送连接和身份验证所需的数据。终端数据经由该连接传输，不会经过 KeyTrans 的翻译或订阅服务。
